By accessing or using the MEDCOMMANDO platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are open to anyone who wishes to prepare for NEET or access our educational resources. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Account Registration
To create an account, users must provide a valid email address and name.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Each account is for individual use only; account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Content
All course materials, quizzes, notes, and related resources are the intellectual property of MEDCOMMANDO.
Access is limited to online use only. Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing, or reselling our content is prohibited.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, credit/debit cards).
Refund Policy: MEDCOMMANDO does not provide refunds. The first 7 out of 32 chapters are available for free trial. Paid content is of the same nature and quality, hence a no-refund policy applies.
Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle them to a refund.
6. User Conduct
Users must:
Refrain from using abusive language in any communication features (if provided).
Not attempt to hack, cheat, misuse tools, or disrupt the platform in any way.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
7. Disclaimer
MEDCOMMANDO provides educational resources to assist in NEET preparation but does not guarantee admission, ranking, or exam success.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
MEDCOMMANDO will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users access the platform at their own risk.
9. Termination of Service
MEDCOMMANDO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
10. Modifications
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra for any disputes.
